Emily and her family moved to Greeneville November 2023 to establish her business, Emily Pearl Robertson State Farm. Originally from Houston, Texas, she and her husband, Jason, and son, Carter, moved to the Carolina’s in 2010. After eight moves, two more baby boys, all whilst climbing corporate ladders, Emily and Jason decided to plant some roots in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains.

When the State Farm opportunity presented itself to Emily, she never thought she would find her place in insurance and financial service but as a responsible business owner she decided to do her due diligence. She realized very quickly that this was her calling – to serve her community through education and mitigating everyday risks all while providing family fun today and economic independence tomorrow.

While interviewing in East Tennessee and its surrounding areas Emily fell in love with the spirit of the community that Greene County offered. She and her boys look forward to becoming a part of the Greeneville family and look forward to serving our neighbors. Rochelle Van Vooren has been in customer service positions for 20+ years.

Rochelle lives in Greene County with her husband and two daughters who are 10 and 5. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, days out on the boat, as well as making leather goods like bags and micro wallets out of vintage and reused leather.

With her position of front office guru - she is normally the first face you see! She is able to help you schedule appointments and take payments for all your insurance polices whether it be auto, home, life or health.

Bae Parker was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. After graduating from the University of Georgia, she decided to explore the Pacific Northwest for a few years before returning to the sweet sunny south.

Bea has a passion for helping people and assisting with personal insurance coverages. When Bae isn't helping the members of Greene County with their auto and home insurance needs, she is working part-time as an Acupuncturist in Johnson City where she raises her 16-year-old daughter.

In her free time, she enjoys creating art, jewelry and miniature collages as well enjoying her down time in her hammock with a good book.

Social Media Coordinator

Silvia Bah is a student and athlete at Tusculum University here in Greene County. She attended Green Hope High School in Cary, North Carolina and has been in Greeneville for three years.

She is a member of the Tennessee National Guard and drills in Kingsport, Tennessee. She is interning with Emily Pearl Robertson over the summer helping make sure Emily has a social media presence to help raise awareness in the community of the benefits of being properly protected in not only auto and home insurance but life and health as well. Social media has a large presence but we are trying to focus her attentions to the Sullivan, Unicoe and Hamblen counties.

In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym and making social media content.
